The flagship discrete tactile. Individually machined studs in solid Brass, 316 Stainless Steel, Black PVD, Champagne or Heritage sit flush on a concealed pressure-fit anchor, no adhesive, no cure time, so the area reopens to foot traffic the moment installation finishes. Specified where the floor is part of the architecture: stations, civic forecourts and premium lobbies. Wet-pendulum tested to AS 4586 (P5), with five finishes to achieve AS 1428.4.1 luminance contrast against light or dark substrates.

Figures are mean dry LRV from the product data sheet. Luminance contrast is measured between the tactile and the surface around it, so the working rule is: the further apart the two sit on this scale, the more contrast you get. Nouvel Classic is specified at a minimum of 45%. Confirm the figure for your substrate before you specify.
