Real Warranty.
Real Accountability.

Each Korb product ships with a clear, straightforward warranty. No fine print. No exclusions that void coverage the moment you install it. If a product fails within the warranty period under normal use, we replace it.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing when the product is installed according to Korb installation guidelines. We don't hide behind conditions that make the warranty impossible to claim.

    Any defect in materials or workmanship that causes the product to fail under normal use conditions.

    Colour & Finish Stability
    Fading, discolouration or finish degradation beyond normal weathering when installed in recommended environments.

    Structural Integrity
    Cracking, delamination, or breakage of the product body under normal foot traffic and environmental conditions.

    Slip Resistance Retention
    Products are warranted against premature loss of their rated slip resistance due to a manufacturing defect, when installed in accordance with Korb guidelines and subject to normal wear. Slip ratings are tested to AS 4586 at the time of supply.

    LRV Contrast Retention
    Luminance contrast values are warranted against premature degradation due to a manufacturing defect, when installed in accordance with Korb guidelines and subject to normal wear.
