Any defect in materials or workmanship that causes the product to fail under normal use conditions.

Colour & Finish Stability

Fading, discolouration or finish degradation beyond normal weathering when installed in recommended environments.

Structural Integrity

Cracking, delamination, or breakage of the product body under normal foot traffic and environmental conditions.

Slip Resistance Retention

Products are warranted to maintain their P5 slip resistance classification for the duration of the warranty period under normal wear.

LRV Contrast Retention

Luminance reflectance values are warranted to remain within compliance thresholds for the duration of the warranty period.
